Arden Now |
Arden Junior School Alumna, Morwenna Dixon (nee Pearce, Class of 2003), was welcomed back to Arden as a staff member this week in the newly created role of Archivist. Morwenna completed her Masters of Information Studies (Records and Archives Management) at Charles Sturt University and has been working in this field for 10 years. As part of the Advancement Team, she is responsible for managing and maintaining our heritage collection, as well as establishing a museum space to celebrate and share our history with the whole School Community. She will also play a key role in helping us prepare for our Centenary celebrations in 2022. Morwenna has many fond memories of her time at Arden and even contributed an embroidered pin cushion to the 75th Anniversary time capsule in 1997, which we will unveil in 2022.
Do you have memories or memorabilia from your time at Arden? We would love to hear from you.
