Well done to Frances Madden (Class of 2008) who sang her original song 'She Will Rise' at the Australian Open Women's Singles Final on Saturday 29th January 2022.
Frances was invited by Tennis Australia to sing the song, which is about encouraging and celebrating women, and particularly in celebration of 100 Years of Women at the Australian Open this year.
The performance took place on centre court in Rod Laver arena to a live audience of over 10,000 people and was broadcast live to a larger international televised audience.
An incredible achievement.
