Class of 2017 alumnus Marcus Manduci has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Future Leaders in Australia 2020 by the Australian Financial Review. Selected from over 6000 applicants across Australia, Marcus participated in a six-stage selection criteria process including a written application, psychometric testing, video interview, assessment centre, 20-minute presentation on the assigned topic and finally an in-person interview.
 
Marcus’ passion for leadership has stemmed from an inherent desire to be a positive influence in the fields in he is involved in. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Honours / Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) at the University of Sydney. His innate passion for STEM has driven him to intern at the ACRF Image X Institute as well as being an executive on the Mechanical Undergraduates Society. He is also the Co-founder and Co-president of the Commerce & Engineering double degree Society (COMM STEM). Marcus explains what drives him: “As a future leader, I believe that through my relentless drive and determination to excel in all areas I pursue I will be able to make a tangible impact in both the Engineering and Business fields I am involved in.”
