Your Functional Therapy (YFT) provides occupational therapy services to NDIS participants to help provide ongoing therapy, equipment recommendations, home modifications, and completion of necessary NDIS reports. We work with paediatric clients with developmental delays as well as adults (mental health and disability). YFT is a community service and we can provide therapy sessions in the home at school or within our clinic in Seven Hills.
